How to order?
Go to the product page that you would like to order. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart” or "Buy Now" Click "Check Out". In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method". Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen. Then fill in your payment information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Is there any additional charges?
Additional charges depends on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually, a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we can only adjust it if your order is yet to be shipped. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed and shipped at noon local time. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.
Something is missing from the order
If your order has not been received in the estimated delivery time + 10 days, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Amendments and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order.
- We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.
